Synerco Property Solutions connects motivated sellers with qualified buyers using creative, bank-free financing structures (the “Subto model”). We also offer transaction coordination services to manage the closing process for real estate purchases.
We are a real estate investment firm and transaction coordinator. We are not a real estate brokerage, do not list properties on the MLS, and do not represent both sides of a single transaction.

Every real estate transaction is unique. We do not guarantee that a seller will find a buyer, that a buyer will obtain a property, or that any deal will close. Outcomes depend on the parties, the property, and circumstances outside our control.
When you engage our transaction coordination services, we manage documents, deadlines, and communications to facilitate a closing. We are not a party to the transaction and do not provide legal representation. Title, escrow, and legal services are provided by independent third parties you select.
Fees for transaction coordination and any assignment or structuring services are agreed in writing before work begins. Unless stated otherwise, fees are earned upon completion of the agreed services and are non-refundable.
You agree to provide accurate, complete information, to review documents carefully, and to act in good faith. You are responsible for your own due diligence regarding any property, financing, or counterparty.
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Synerco Property Solutions and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synerco Property Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
